Momix Opens New Orleans Ballet Season

New Orleans, La – The most toured American Dance Theater in the world, MOMIX, opens the New Orleans Ballet Association's 2010-2011 season with the New Orleans premiere of Botanica. A magical exploration of nature by artistic director Moses Pendleton, with performances October 22nd and 23rd at The Mahalia Jackson Theater of the Performing Arts, 8pm.

Symphony Chorus of N.O. Sing for the Cure

New Orleans, La. – October is Breast Cancer Awareness month. And, the Symphony Chorus of New Orleans is joining the effort to end this disease with an inspiring production of Sing for the Cure: A Proclamation of Hope.
