Omega-3s Good For The Heart, But What About The Brain?

Contrary to earlier studies, new research suggests that Omega-3 fatty acids may not stave off cognitive decline.

NPR’s Allison Aubrey joins Here& Now to look at why this is hard to pin down, and talk about the body of evidence that finds supplements may not be as effective as eating fish, in protecting the brain.
