New Orleans Slaying Suspect Booked in Tangipahoa

Authorities have arrested a 28-year-old man accused of killing a New Orleans woman and wounding three others on Dec. 1.

Police say 26-year-old Tiara Reynolds was shot and killed while her children looked on from the driveway of their home.

Larry Haynes was booked into the Tangipahoa Parish Jail on Tuesday night on one count of first-degree murder and three counts of attempted first-degree murder.

The Advocate reports U.S. Marshals and New Orleans police arrested Haynes in Kentwood.
