National Guard Fixing Roads In Puerto Rico

Thousands of military personnel, many of them from the National Guard, are among the people helping Puerto Rico’s recovery effort. One group of 170 troops from North Carolina has a specific mission: fix the roads torn apart by Hurricane Maria.
