This week on Inside the Arts, native New Orleanian and National WWII Museum Victory Belle, Courtney Boe, stars in Pictures of Marilyn. It is an original production on the life of Marilyn Monroe, currently running at the museum's BB's Stage Door Canteen.
Then, the NOLA Project presents the local premiere of Amy Herzog's 4000 Miles starring Carol Sutton and James Bartelle. A young man travels cross country on his bicycle after suffering a major loss, seeking solace from his 91-year old grandmother.
And, from Southern Rep Theatre, Kerry Cahill stars in the regional premiere of George Brant's one woman show, Grounded. The show explores the world of modern warfare.
