This week on Inside the Arts, Pulitzer Prize winning playwright and former Louisianan Tony Kushner is heading to New Orleans as his civil rights era musical "Caroline, or Change" is being staged for the first time in the Metro area. The production is a joint venture between Loyola University and the Jefferson Performing Arts Society. Loyola Theatre artistic director Dr. Laura Hope joins us.

And, the Symphony Chorus of New Orleans presents Street Requiem, a 10-movement work impacting homelessness through art. We talk with Symphony Chorus artistic director Steven Edwards.

Airs Tuesdays at 1:00 p.m., Wednesdays at 8:30 p.m., and Thursdays at 8:45 a.m.
