Inside The Arts: Across The Pond Guitar Festival, A Nkisi For Jeffrey Cook, Clay In Transit

This week on Inside the Arts, guitarist Jimmy Robinson is gearing up for the Across the Pond Guitar Festival featuring the Bruskers Duo from Modena, Italy. Also, performing are Michael Skinkus, Phil deGruy and the New Orleans Guitar Masters.

Then, a Prospect 4 satellite exhibit in the Arts District remembers native sculptor and painter Jeffrey Cook. It's called, "A Nkisi for Jeffrey Cook."  Co-curator Blake Boyd stops by for a chat.

And, contemporary Mexican ceramics are the focus of a new exhibit at Tulane's Newcomb Art Museum. It's called Clay in Transit. Museum curator Laura Blereau and communications director Miriam Taylor will join us.
