New Noise Ordinance Drafted

Dec 8, 2011

City Councilwoman Kristen Gisleson-Palmer is floating a new noise ordinance for the city of New Orleans. Angela Taylor reports on the new noise ordinance being drafted in New Orleans, Sharon Litwin speaks with a cultural leader in the Lower Ninth Ward, and Eileen Fleming reports on a cathartic bonfire in Algiers Point.
