WWOZ Celebrates 30th Anniversary

New Orleans, LA – Listener-supported radio icon WWOZ makes thirty the first weekend of December. Paul Maassen sat down with the station's general manager to commemorate the milestone.

Beginning at 12pm this coming Saturday, December 4th, WWOZ will celebrate its anniversary with a second line parade on the corner of Elysian Fields and Decatur. A concert will follow at Tipitina's later in the evening. More information is available on WWOZ's website.
