Will Marijuana Legalization End The Black Market?

The legalization of recreational marijuana in Washington state was sold to voters there as a way to take money away from criminals and generate tax revenue for the state. But will the end of pot prohibition in Washington this summer really mean the end of the black market?

A man who’s about to go to federal prison for growing and trafficking marijuana says it wouldn’t have put him out of business. From the Here & Now Contributors Network, Austin Jenkins reports from Olympia.
