Legendary singer Tony Bennett proves good performing doesn't slow with age.
A 60-year veteran of the recording industry, Bennett penned his advice for aspiring artists in a new memoir Life is a Gift: The Zen of Bennett. The singer joined NPR Host Neal Conan on Talk of the Nation and took calls from fans who shared what they have learned from Bennett's success.
Before leaving the NPR New York Bureau, we snapped a photo of the singer with an 'I Heart NPR' card, or as he might sing, 'I left my heart in NPR'.
