Thomas Keller is the founder of Thomas Keller Restaurant Group. His restaurants include the Michelin Star-awarded The French Laundry and Per Se. Thomas has won consecutive "Best Chef" awards from the James Beard Foundation and "Chef of the Year" award by the Culinary Institute of America, among other accolades. He'll talk about his experience launching a collection of restaurants.
