It's New Orleans
Jack Culotta, United Cabs Lead Attorney; Nawlins Cab's Sheree Kerner and host Peter Ricchuiti.

New Orleans city government is unleashing a world of new regulations on taxicabs, and it’s got United Cabs upset enough to drag the city into court.

Jack Culotta, the lead attorney for the drivers of United Cabs' class-action suit against City Hall, explains why. On the other side of the table, Sheree Kerner takes a different approach. As an ex-president of United Cabs, and founder of startup rival NawlinsCab,  she supports the city's reforms.

On Out to Lunch Peter Ricchuiti referees the differing views of Kerner and Culotta. It’s the uniquely New Orleans tangled taxicab controversy.

Peter Ricchiuti is the finance professor you wish you had back in college! His insight and humor have twice made him the top professor at Tulane University's A.B. Freeman School of Business. After a successful career on Wall Street, Ricchiuti served for five years as Assistant State Treasurer and Chief Investment Officer for the State of Louisiana. There he skillfully managed the State's $3 billion investment portfolio.
