Lafourche Parish Sheriff Craig Webre says a reward of up to $1,000 is being offered for information leading to the arrest of the person or persons responsible for a home burglary in Thibodaux.
Webre said Tuesday that the burglary was reported Jan. 8. The victims returned home that day around 4 p.m. to find a broken window and several items missing from the home, including several firearms, jewelry and gold coins.
Investigators believe the crime likely occurred between 12:30 p.m. and 4 p.m. Jan. 8.
Anyone with information on this case is asked to contact Bayou Region Crime Stoppers at 1-800-743-7433. Tipsters can remain anonymous and could be eligible for a reward up to $1,000.00 in cash if the information given leads to an arrest.
