Event founder AlanBrockman say his ongoing passion is to promote and spotlight the area's unique sense of Americana through it's culture.  "We wanted to bring attention to great styles of music and share the story of the food and culture that make this region so special," saysBrockman.

Brockman and a film crew presented the first installment of the Ramble on Louisiana Public Broadcasting earlier this week.   "It is a day-in-the-life approach in following a chef and artist that culminates in a celebration," saidBrockman.  The crew films the barn party Saturday for another installment to air in August.
