Papa Tom Bonnecaze Returns to the Crescent City
New Orleans, LA –
Hi, this is Richard McCarthy with the WWNO Farmers Market Minute The other week, I ran into longtime farmers market vendor from the Baton Rouge area while he was making a delivery to some downtown hotels. Papa Tom Bonnecaze reported to me how he is once again vending his products in the New Orleans area - at the Gretna Farmers Market on Saturdays. For those who remember Papa Tom's stone ground cornmeal will be thrilled to know that it is once again available in the region. For those new to Papa Tom, you're in for a treat. Fabricator of a wide array of processing equipment for his products, the stone ground texture melts in your mouth. Moreover, he has recently developed a means to process oat meal - now being served at the Ritz-Carlton and other fine hotels in downtown new Orleans. For the WWNO farmers market minute, this is Richard McCarthy.
