New Orleans – A national invitation to the 2009 Piccolo Spoleto Festival in Charleston, South Carolina kept young performers with the NORD-NOBA Center for Dance on their toes. Now, back in town, these young dancers are ready to dazzle local audiences in a special concert at NOCCA.
