New Orleans singer Phillip Manuel

New Orleans, LA – As a child, New Orleans singer Phillip Manuel was personally encouraged to perform by Grammy-award winner Aaron Neville. Jazz is his forte, but for the past year-and-a-half, singing R&B has moved to the forefront. Hal Clark talks with Phillip Manuel.
