New Orleans Police Searching For Missing Officer
By Jason Saul
The New Orleans Police Department is searching for a missing officer, and is requesting the public's assistance in the search, the department announced in a press release this afternoon.
Bryant Louis, a 47-year-old NOPD officer, was last seen leaving his home in the 6300-block of Essex Court around 4 p.m. Sunday, the department said. Louis is an African-American male, approximately 200 pounds and 5'8" tall.
Police say Louis may be in the Baton Rouge area, possibly driving a red 2004 Dodge Ram pickup truck with license plate W971803.
Police are asking anyone with information on Louis' whereabouts to call (504) 821-2222.
