New 3-D Sign Company Opening In Gretna

A 3-D sign company will be opening next month in Gretna.

The LetterFAB announcement was made yesterday by company officials and Governor Bobby Jindal.

The state Economic Development department says the Madison Street facility will employ 45 workers and create 35 new indirect jobs.

The New Orleans Advocate reports the company is based in Crested Butte, Colorado. It says the Gretna location will be its second facility – and the first in Louisiana.

LetterFAB says it hopes the Gretna manufacturing plant will help the company reach new markets in the south and on the East Coast.
