NBC Calls La. Senate Race A Runoff; Boustany Elected Dist. 3

NBC has called the La. senate race between Mary Landrieu and Bill Cassidy a runoff.

The runoff will be on Dec. 6.

In other La. news, the Associated Press has called US House District 3 for Charles Boustany.
