New Orleans, La. – While revelers are gearing up for Mardi Gras parades, a "second line" of Carnival themed art is dancing on the walls of a new Uptown gallery. Posters by Proclaimation artists of Rex - King of Carnival, are on view at Garden District Gallery through February 28th.
