JazzFest Weekend 2

New Orleans, La. – The 2011 New Orleans Jazz and Heritage Festival, presented by Shell, kicks off it's second weekend of stellar musical performances. It is also host to what's billed as the largest celebration of Haitian culture in the U.S., since the 2010 earthquake. We go Inside the Arts for a look at two points of interest.
