Inside The Arts: Coffelt's Cosmos Transition, NEA Chair Jane Chu, Donna Summer Encore Tribute

Jon Coffelt

This week on Inside the Arts, British cosmologist Stephen Hawking is the subject of the film The Theory of Everything, now playing in theaters. His scientific work is also the inspiration for southern artist Jon Coffelt's latest exhibit, Cosmos Transition, now in final days at the Foundation Gallery.

Then, we visit with the new chair of the National Endowment for the Arts, Jane Chu, who was recently in New Orleans.

And we round out with an encore performance from vocalist Anais St. John, who closes out 2014 with a tribute to disco queen Donna Summer.

Airs Tuesdays at 1:00 p.m. and Thursdays at 8:45 a.m.
