Don Harding, co-founder of Cool Fruit Sensations, credits his wife with the big idea that launched them to sudden success. Rob Nelson, President of Elmer's Chocolate, carries on the tradition of being the oldest family-owned chocolate company in the country and Pontchatoula's biggest employer.
