Cable TV service coming back on

Cox Communications, which provides cable television service in the New Orleans and Baton Rouge areas, says its crews are working 24-hour shifts to restore service.

The company said an estimated 98 percent of customers in Baton Rouge and 88 percent of customers in the New Orleans area had service on Tuesday morning.
